Community & Homeless Outreach
CIHS serves as advocate for Baltimore’s homeless population by providing support for those who may or may not qualify for our services. For those who qualify for our service; CIHS will call on its case managers to create individualize treatment plan comprised of supportive services to help remove the barriers to housing and entitlements. As part of our community outreach program; CIHS will work with a team of staffs and volunteers to conduct various community engagement operations.
